The company is led by a highly qualified and experienced management team who have successfully delivered socio-health care services in their careers.

The Head of Service and Nominated Person, Maxwell Muchenje, is an experienced and qualified health and social care business manager.  He brings a wealth of experience and business acumen that will be used to spear head and penetrate the targeted markets and ensure the company provides a quality and safe service. Maxwell has for over 20 years worked in the local authority, voluntary and private sectors supporting vulnerable service-users. For the last 15 years, Maxwell has been a social care manager and has qualified to work as an Ofsted Registered Manager and most recently as an approved Responsible Individual. 

Maxwell has extensive experience in setting up and developing social care services. He has partnership working and co-production experience and has worked extensively with Local Authority Commissioners in delivering on contracts. Maxwell will be responsible for Business Development, Quality and Compliance functions within the company.

He is a final year PhD Researcher (Entrepreneurial Leadership), a holder of an MBA General Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, BSc (Hons) Applied Accounting, Cache Level 4 Certificate Managing Quality in Children’s Services, and CACHE NVQ 4 Children’s Care Learning and Development, among other qualifications.

The Registered Manager, Dorcas Sakala, is a Registered Nurse who has for the past 20 years worked in the health and social care sectors. The roles involved providing nursing care and social support to service users and adults of varying age groups who had a range of health and social needs to include, the elderly infirm, those with physical and learning difficulties, special educational needs, mental health difficulties, substance misuse, emotional and behavioral difficulties, and the homeless. Dorcas has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, supported living services and service users’ homes.

Dorcas is a holder of BSc (Hons) Learning Disability Nursing,  BA (Hons) Health and Social Care and a Level 5 Managing in Health and Social care.

The Outsourced Safeguarding Consultant, Leticia Marunga, is a service-user focused Senior Social Worker with a 6 years track record of providing person-centred support to a wide range of people in vulnerable adults and service users with learning disabilities. As an Advanced Practitioner for London Borough, her key responsibilities included:

  • Case management of complex and court cases
  • Undertaking and writing up Mental Capacity Assessments, meeting specified standards and timescales
  • Undertaking duty and adult safeguarding referrals and investigations.
  • Placement reviews and appraisals
  • Providing professional supervision to staff

Leticia is a holder of an MSc in Child Protection and Adult Safeguarding, Post Grad. Dip. Intervention and Analysis in Intellectual Disabilities, BA Social Work, and Diploma in Mass Communication.Leticia will be the Safeguarding Lead within the company.

The Business Administrator & Care Co-ordinator, Grace Alleyne, is a Social Care Worker with over 25 years’ experience of supporting adults with learning difficulties in local authority supported living services and rehabilitation [re-enablement services].

Grace holds the NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a Health and Social Care Management level 5 awards.
